30th Overberg Agri Roodebloem Farmers Day

12 August 2026 | Information Day, News

The 30th Overberg Agri Roodebloem Farmers Day will take place on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, marking an important milestone in the history of this much-loved agricultural event.

For three decades, Roodebloem Farmers Day has brought producers, agricultural specialists, industry partners and role players together to share knowledge, explore developments in agriculture and connect with one another in the field.

In 2026, we look forward to celebrating the 30th Roodebloem Farmers Day with another programme combining practical agricultural insights, demonstrations, industry expertise and, of course, the Roodebloem hospitality that has become an integral part of the day.

Programme Highlights

The 2026 programme is currently being finalised and will once again offer producers the opportunity to engage with specialists, explore relevant agricultural topics and see practical demonstrations in the field.

Keynote Speaker: Theo Vorster

A highlight of the 30th Roodebloem Farmers Day will be a keynote address by Theo Vorster, one of South Africa’s leading investment and economic commentators.

Theo is the Chief Executive Officer of Galileo Capital and is widely respected for his ability to make complex economic, financial and political developments relevant and understandable. He regularly contributes as an economic and market analyst across national television, radio and business platforms.

His practical approach and deep understanding of the South African economic and business landscape make his insights particularly relevant to producers navigating an increasingly complex operating environment.

At Roodebloem, Theo will share his perspective on the South African economy, political and economic developments, and what these could mean for agriculture, business and the road ahead.

Celebrating 30 Roodebloem Farmers Days

The 2026 event is more than another date on the agricultural calendar. It marks 30 Roodebloem Farmers Days and three decades of bringing the agricultural community together around knowledge, innovation, practical experience and relationships.

We look forward to welcoming our producers, partners and guests back to Roodebloem on 23 September 2026 as we celebrate this special milestone together.

Keep an eye on our Facebook page and YouTube channel as we share more programme details, speaker announcements and updates in the lead-up to the 30th Overberg Agri Roodebloem Farmers Day.
